My name is Gustavo Varela; you can call me Gus! I am a husband to Jemi for 6 years and a father of two boys Lucas and Elian.
I am a career coach and engaging speaker with over a decade of experience helping Gen Z find careers they love and helping them excel in them. Over the years, I’ve guided more than 200 individuals through career discovery, transition, and growth.
I know what it feels like to feel lost. I spent thousands of dollars, years of effort, and so much energy without a clear sense of direction. That’s why I do what I do—because I want to be the guide, I wish I had during those years.
